◆ Data deletion

How to delete your data.

Effective: 17 May 2026

Recent Data only stores personal data for the site owner who connects a YouTube or Instagram account — visitors are never asked to sign in. This page explains how to remove that data.

If you are the connected site owner

The fastest way is to disconnect the integration yourself:

  1. Sign in to the admin dashboard at the URL you were provided when your account was set up.
  2. Open the Sync page.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the YouTube or Instagram integration you want to remove.

Disconnecting immediately deletes the encrypted OAuth access token and refresh token from our database. The mirrored post metadata (titles, captions, view counts) is also removed on disconnect, since without a connected account there is nothing to keep it in sync with.

If you can't sign in, or want a full account erasure

Email ajaysharmabki96@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Please include:

  • Your account email or the linked YouTube channel / Instagram username.
  • A short note confirming you want all related data deleted.

We will confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

  • Encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens.
  • The integration record (provider, account ID, username, page ID).
  • All mirrored posts, captions, thumbnails, and stats tied to the integration.
  • Sync log entries associated with that integration.

What we keep

Aggregate, anonymous traffic counters (e.g. how many times a public page was viewed) are not tied to your identity and are not affected. Backups created prior to the deletion are purged on their normal 30-day rotation; we will not restore deleted data from backups.
